These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and THaF Riders Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with registered office at Desk Besides the Laundry pile, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (hereinafter "THaF", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the THaF mobile application and related backend services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that:

• 1.you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy;
• 2.you accept these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them; and
• 3.you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Service.

THaF is a riding companion app that helps small, invitation-based groups of riders coordinate group trips — referred to in the app as "circles", "trips", and "events" — to:

• exchange messages (with optional end-to-end encryption);
• share live location with one another while a trip session is active;
• store and (when needed) surface a medical / SOS card to emergency contacts;
• record and split shared expenses informally; and
• coordinate plans through groups, trips, and events they create or are invited to.

THaF is not a payment-processing service, money-transmission service, financial institution, courier, navigation/turn-by-turn service, emergency-response service, ride-hailing service, or healthcare service. The medical card is an information-only feature designed to assist first responders — it does not summon help on your behalf.

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 16 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher);
• You hold a valid licence for any motor vehicle you ride while using the Service;
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service;
• Your use of the Service is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to a comprehensive embargo or sanctions list.

Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the THaF mobile application on devices you own or control, and to access the Service, for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You are solely responsible for road safety, gear, mechanical condition of your vehicle, and obeying local traffic laws.
• The app is a tool, not a substitute for judgement. Do not interact with it while moving.
• Live tracking is not a safety, navigation, or emergency service.

You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to, use the Service to:

"User Content" means any content that you create, upload, post, transmit, or display through the Service, including messages, images, profile information, and trip locations.

While a trip session is active and you have explicitly joined that trip, your device transmits real-time GPS coordinates to the THaF tracking server, which relays them to the other participants of the same trip.

• Use of live tracking is opt-in per trip.
• Location data is only as accurate as the GPS signal of your device.
• Tracking stops automatically when the trip ends.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store. Keeping the card current is your responsibility.

The expense tracking features are informational record-keeping tools. Marking an expense as "settled" inside the Service has no legal effect by itself.

Notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). We do not use push notifications for advertising or marketing.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the THaF name, logo, designs, and source code — are owned by THaF Riders Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors.

The Service depends on third-party platforms including Google, Apple, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of these platforms is governed by their terms and policies.

As of the effective date, the core Service is offered free of charge. Optional premium features may be introduced in future; those terms will be shown at purchase. Refunds follow App Store / Google Play policy.

We may add, remove, modify, or limit features at any time, including features labelled as "beta" or "experimental".

You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Account → Delete. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, with written notice except in safety-critical cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THaF's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is capped at fees paid to THaF in the prior 12 months (and where no fees were paid, at one hundred United States Dollars, USD 100). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, accidents on the road, or third-party action.

You agree to defend and indemnify THaF from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting budy@tankhalfull.com.

You agree to comply with all applicable export-control, anti-corruption, and sanctions laws.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance.
